The presentation film for the Quartier de l’Orée, in Crissier, to make shops, restaurateurs and future tenants want to move in.

The context
The Quartier de l’Orée, in Crissier, is looking for its shops, restaurateurs and tenants. It needed a film to support its marketing and make the place tangible before anyone visits.
What we did
The architecture, the shared spaces, the uses and the flow of people, filmed at ground level and by drone. A clear story that places the neighbourhood and conveys its close-knit atmosphere.
The result
Our approach
A marketing film has only one aim: for shopkeepers, restaurateurs and future tenants to see themselves there already. Every shot serves that aim.
The assignment
The Quartier de l’Orée is looking for its first occupants. We had to show what life there will be like, not just what has been built.
By drone, to show where it is, how to get there and what surrounds it.
The shared spaces, the flow of people, the units where the shops will move in.
A neighbourhood close to its residents, filmed at ground level, at passer-by height.
A clear film that the marketing team can use for a long time, in meetings and online.
We build the edit like a sales pitch: each sequence answers a question a future tenant asks themselves. Where is it? What does it look like? Do I want to be there?
A brand activation at a festival, captured live.
